When looking for someone to help my elderly Mother, I found ElderHelpers.org and I was very skeptical. I was thrilled that such an organization existed but one has to be careful with internet transactions and since there was a fee, I wanted to be extra careful. After searching for other organizations that might offer a similar service and not having luck and then doing research on ElderHelpers.org, I found they were listed on AARP's website and that was enough for me! So I joined and emailed all the volunteers and after 3 weeks one called me! She is truly an Angel and the best volunteer I could ever hope for.
