Had one of the least professional…

Had one of the least professional replies I've ever seen from a customer service rep. The tone was blatantly rude and patronising, I've spent thousands on this game and would expect at least some basic courtesy, but I've learned to have low expectations as far as ESO and their forum mods and customer service reps are concerned. Customers (yes gamers are customers too) are nothing more than money sponges to this game/company.

Comprehensive and immersive MMO

Comprehensive and immersive MMOI have now played this for 3 years or so, and keep on experiencing new and interesting aspects of the game. I love the ability to use standard skills in combination with class specific skills, and that it is easy to move between pvp and pve and that you can have more than one guild your part of due to the same need for both pve and pvp, pending on mood.Comes fully recommended, and seems to continue nicely for the comming year.

I purchased a eso + on website assuming when it says one for all mean't i could use it on ps4 as well.This wasn't the case and i realised it had to be purchased through ps4 which i did.I then cancelled my pc version giving them a long period of notice through PayPal with detailed reason why.I then find out they permanently banned all my accounts and forums.I sent many tickets and social media requests and no one will help me.I simply purchased 2 subscriptions and got a ban...thanks alot.Ticket 200304002205

bougts The Elder Scroll Online and cant play because do not receive code. Support answered just once with standart phrase (i wrote that i tried it)

Amazing

Been playing this on and off since release, amazing game and highly recommended.The Free to play option is amazing, although I do subscribe to ESO Plus which makes it even better, just purchased Morrowind and am once again hooked. I currently play on a Macbook Pro and it runs like a dream (no lag or issues).Good work guys, I love the whole Elder Scrolls Series.

Racist company and name restriction.

I bought the most expensive pre-order version in order to get the game 5 days earlier than the actual release date because I wanted to catch some nice IGNs to my players. I cought the name "Israel", "Jewish" and "Judea", after some days of playing I forced to change the players names though other names I had such as "Muslim" or "Palestine" weren't forced to changed. I contacted their support and they told me they don't like "national" names, I told them few times that Israel is not just a country but also a name though they didn't change their mind, after asking them why they allowed me to use Muslim and Palestine but not Jewish and Israel they just didn't answer, sent them another letter, and again, no answer for about... 1 year.
