After years of satisfaction with the product, I encountered a frustrating issue needing warranty assistance. I purchased the item in December 2025 and quickly realized there was a battery problem. It won't hold a charge and dies within 2-4 hours. I followed the instructions given by the support team and sent a video of the device being plugged in and turned on and off as requested. Their response was that it seemed to be functioning normally, which is perplexing since it doesn’t last long. I've again requested they honor the warranty and am waiting for a response. My advice: be cautious. If you buy from them, there seems to be no warranty or customer service. Update: I received an email this morning from support saying they will send a replacement. Let's see if they are truthful about this...
