I have regularly purchased devices from a local shop without any issues for years. I’ve never faced problems until now, as these devices worked well for up to two years or more. It’s baffling that they claim nothing is wrong when the device emits smoke from the sides, and they insist this is normal. I feel my time reaching out to this seller has been wasted. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank for the amount spent and share all correspondence and evidence of the defective item. Their lack of customer service is clear, as they continuously make excuses. I will warn my friends and acquaintances to avoid this seller. If this is how they treat customers, why should we buy their products? Life is too short for such companies.
