I ordered some glassware in the Christmas sale, unfortunately one item had smashed in transit. I emailed straight away but didn't expect an immediate response due to it being between Christmas and New year, however was please to receive an email back apologising and confirming that a whole new set would be sent.Customer service were quick and I was happy with their response and outcome however I have only given 4 stars as there was nothing on the box to confirm it was fragile and the wrapping/packing meant that movement was inevitable.
