Easily the worst customer service I have experienced for quite some time - customer service is actually non-existent.
Firstly the discount code they sent me didn’t work so after unhelpful advice from the ‘chat bot’ I gave up and ordered anyway.
When adding things to basket a ‘lips pen set’ kept being automatically added and would not be removed! Eventually got rid of it!
Also! I had to return some items as they cards were not great quality and one of the mugs wasn’t good - they charge for returns!
An awful experience that cost me - waste of money! Very unhappy, but I’m sure they could not care less. Lesson learned for me!

I ordered some glassware in the Christmas sale, unfortunately one item had smashed in transit. I emailed straight away but didn't expect an immediate response due to it being between Christmas and New year, however was please to receive an email back apologising and confirming that a whole new set would be sent.Customer service were quick and I was happy with their response and outcome however I have only given 4 stars as there was nothing on the box to confirm it was fragile and the wrapping/packing meant that movement was inevitable.
I ordered a teapot for a Christmas present, it arrived promptly but unfortunately it was broken. I emailed with photos and received an email by return. I received another email 2 hours later to say they would investigate and would put a replacement in the post. This arrived next day. Fantastic service, polite, quick, no quibble replacement. Can’t recommend highly enough, would definitely use again. Thank you.
Ordered 4 items:2 mugs - 1 arrived damaged2 prints - 1 arrived with additional text over the print.I wouldn’t say the service/ quality of the items warrants the price. I have had to raise an issue with 2 of the 4 items to get them replaced, won’t order in the future to save the effort!
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I am still waiting for a response. Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to be told to allow “1–2 more days”, which repeatedly pass with no resolution.The core issue is misleading pricing and a lack of transparency on the website, which has still not been corrected: • International customers are not clearly warned about additional import fees. This information is buried in small print and is not obvious at checkout. • The website does not correctly convert currency, meaning you end up paying more than the price shown. • Discounts appear to apply, yet the final checkout total does not match earlier pricing. • I was charged an unexpected £32 import fee, nearly the cost of the order itself.All of these errors originated from their system, yet every issue had to be identified, calculated, and corrected by me as the customer, including working out the correct refund amount. Nothing was proactively flagged or resolved by customer service.Customer support has been slow, inconsistent, and reactive. I have had to repeatedly chase, re-explain the same issues, and wait weeks for responses that never arrive. At no point has there been a clear apology for the incorrect pricing, unexpected charges, or the prolonged delay.Most concerning is that the website remains unchanged, meaning other customers, particularly those outside the UK, are likely still being caught out.Until pricing is transparent, currency conversion is fixed, and customer service follows through with accountability, I would not recommend ordering.
Horrible customer service, they take forever to respond and even when they do they don’t actually say anything helpful. Would never recommend purchasing from this site, the customer service is a red flag! Spent lots on wallpaper and not getting any help from the customer service team. Save your money and get it from someone more trustworthy
Item was never delivered. Ordered 1st December and still by the 12th showing as not shipped on the tracking. No response from multiple messages and emails. Eventually I went through my payment provider to cancel the order and refund me. Would not recommend.
We have received an unsolicited package of greetings cards from this company, with no explanation and no covering correspondence. We have no idea how they have got our name and address. They are going in the bin.Update:-Further to the above review, it is now apparent that I over-reacted to what I thought was unsolicited mail. What actually happened is that our daughter, who lives nearby, went on holiday and, without telling us, ordered this package and arranged for delivery to us whilst she was away. I have therefore amended this to a 5* review and offer my apologies to eleanorbowmer for my hasty reaction. The cards do actually look very good.
