Shocking customer service. I placed an order for Christmas in plenty of time.after 10 days I contacted them, I was told my order had been dispatched. LIES. 3 weeks I waited. Extremely slow to answer emails. If they had someone who actually knew how to treat customers it may help. When you make customers wait that long without warning and lie to them, the least you could do would be to refund delivery charge , instead of being so unapologetic and patronising. Nice items, but will avoid in future due to customer service. There are a lot of smaller businesses all wanting our business,with customer service who know how to treat their customers.
