Orderd two separate order's as I forgot an item, no problem my mistake so happy to pay two lot's of postage,, but, my second order was "dispatched" before my first order, sent an email to ask for updates on the first order as these are for Christmas and thanks to strikes it's hard enough getting item's!, To get not one reply! To either email's so although I do love my item's when I get them as I buy from them a bit! Customer service is useless!
