PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an earring set for my daughter and when it arrived the clasp was seized so was unusable. I reported it and after emails back and forth for over a month asking for ridiculous photos of a seized clasp (looks the same as one that does open) they told me they couldn't help as I didn't report it for 24 hours after receipt of the goods.This is illegal and unfair, all I wanted was the gift for my daughter. I am upset and angry, this is scam company with shoddy goods. I have wasted £30 and don't want this to happen to anyone else,
