Ordered on 9 December 2025. I am still waiting for my order. I received 1 email response saying they will reship my order. Still waiting on updated shipping information. Then they sent me link to write a positive review . A review on a non-existant product
The earrings are so cheap and tacky. I ordered a pack of 3, one of the sets doesn't close properly so I can't actually use the. It turns out if you don't report the fault on the day of delivery you are not eligible for a refund. So if you aren't in the day the package arrives.. Tough!
Wish I’d read the reviews first, I normally do!It’s a scam, they won’t send you most of your order. Takes forever to arrive then, half is missing, other half cheap and broken (same quality as Temu). There is no customer service, you will NOT get a refund.
Much like everyone else, i wish i had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The jewellery arrived broken and must have been packaged that way as the missing parts were not in the bag. I reported the issue and having sent images ect, they stated that any faults must be reported within 24 hours! What utter rubbish! This is simply theft and i do not intend let the matter lie. Companies like this should not be trading.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an earring set for my daughter and when it arrived the clasp was seized so was unusable. I reported it and after emails back and forth for over a month asking for ridiculous photos of a seized clasp (looks the same as one that does open) they told me they couldn't help as I didn't report it for 24 hours after receipt of the goods.This is illegal and unfair, all I wanted was the gift for my daughter. I am upset and angry, this is scam company with shoddy goods. I have wasted £30 and don't want this to happen to anyone else,
