Absolute joke.

Absolute joke.I had an issue with my dishwasher after a few months of buying it. Called the company and they sent an “engineer” if you can call him that. He stayed 2 minutes in the flat, the machine began malfunctioning exactly 3 minutes after he left (he was probably still getting in his van). I called and he stopped answering the phone (he had called me 3 times to ask for directions before he arrived). He finally responded an hour later and said he will escalate to his manager and they will send someone to fix it “very soon”. Indeed someone will be in touch with me in the next two days.Well it’s been 4 days now and I called Electra to see why no one called me. They informed me the “engineer” had reported back that there was no fault in the appliance. What a champ! He probably went and watched a match and had a drink before calling it a day.
