This is the worst company I've ever encountered! I ordered a bike with a promised delivery of 2-3 days. When I sought updates via their messaging service, I was told I'd get tracking details on a Friday, which was already three days after my order. They refused to provide any tracking information. After requesting a refund due to their failure to deliver as advertised, I received rude responses from their so-called customer service, including comments suggesting I need 're-parenting.' They even threatened that if I reported them, I wouldn't get my money back! If I could share screenshots, I would show you their true level of service.
