Avoid This Company!

Steer clear of this company. They do not answer calls after payment. It took over three weeks to receive my refund after being charged the wrong price on their website. They held my money for three weeks. Avoid them unless you enjoy dealing with headaches.

Stay Away from This Company!

This is the worst company I've ever encountered! I ordered a bike with a promised delivery of 2-3 days. When I sought updates via their messaging service, I was told I'd get tracking details on a Friday, which was already three days after my order. They refused to provide any tracking information. After requesting a refund due to their failure to deliver as advertised, I received rude responses from their so-called customer service, including comments suggesting I need 're-parenting.' They even threatened that if I reported them, I wouldn't get my money back! If I could share screenshots, I would show you their true level of service.

No Warranty Provided

There is no warranty included. I paid £1,450 for a bike with defective oil brakes and broken parts. I was instructed to record and send a video of the damage, but I received no response. I now have an expensive bike that I cannot use, and it's been over two months just sitting idle. The company accepts payment but does not honor warranties. If you buy, hope it arrives undamaged, because if it fails within the warranty period, you're on your own. There are better options available.
