Bought a heater in December wouldn’t work by February, I rang and spoke to technical who asked me to test the heater, I left my number and nobody has rung me back since, as I’m caring for my mother and wife my time is rather restricted so, I bought another just for ease of fitting!! You get one star because of your previously woeful customer service and faulty product, so let’s see if this one lasts longer than 2 months!
