We are hugely grateful to the tech support from John Webb, who saved the day. We had a heating system pack up and were left stranded by the installers.
John came to the rescue. He made it his mission to get the boiler working again, even though it wasn't EHC's fault. He was patient, professional and optimistic from the start that he fix it. Just what we needed to hear after 8 weeks without heating.
He was as good as his word - identified the issue and booked an engineer to reset the system.
Just incredible service - thanks John.

The team's customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. John, especially, has consistently ensured that we grasped all aspects and maximized the use of the system they provided. The Slim Jim boiler paired with the hot water storage tank has performed superbly.

Technical department saved me!..

Had a bit of a nightmare customer asking me to commission four boilers. I was only meant to be there to supply power, but the job quickly grew arms and legs. Rob from Technical guided me clearly through the system and helped me get everything commissioned at the end. The man definitely had more patience than me! This guys need a pay review upwards!! Absolute gent!
