We are hugely grateful to the tech support from John Webb, who saved the day. We had a heating system pack up and were left stranded by the installers.
John came to the rescue. He made it his mission to get the boiler working again, even though it wasn't EHC's fault. He was patient, professional and optimistic from the start that he fix it. Just what we needed to hear after 8 weeks without heating.
He was as good as his word - identified the issue and booked an engineer to reset the system.
