I was informed by Hisense that this company would be carrying out a repair for them for a hob that was DOA. I was given a link to an online document used to follow progress, and I was given a date for the engineer visit, being told that I would be contacted the evening before to confirm a 2 hour window for this.This did not happen, I twice contacted the company by telephone to ask what was happening, and both times was promised a call back, they did not keep this promise.I then spoke with the retailer who chased up Hisense, (which I could see from the online document), trying to get information from the company. They did not respond.Several days later the retailer agreed to take back the item, 2 hours after a replacement was installed I received a call from the company to inform me that they would be sending an engineer.
