I ordered on 26/11/25, believing stock was available. When I called on 4/12/25, I learned there was no stock, with no prior communication. After calling again on 17/12/25, I was informed that the rest of my order may not arrive until January 2026. This has been embarrassing and disappointing for my client, who now has incomplete lighting installed.
