On December 23rd, I inquired about an EV charger and was told that delivery by the 29th was a long shot. I placed the order, and it was processed and shipped that same afternoon. To my surprise, it arrived on Christmas Eve morning. This level of service is not just good, it's truly exceptional. Thank you all, and enjoy your well-deserved Christmas break! I ordered on 26/11/25, believing stock was available. When I called on 4/12/25, I learned there was no stock, with no prior communication. After calling again on 17/12/25, I was informed that the rest of my order may not arrive until January 2026. This has been embarrassing and disappointing for my client, who now has incomplete lighting installed.
I placed an order on December 4th for next-day delivery, and I'm still waiting. It's now the 16th. I've contacted the company daily since the expected delivery date, only to be given excuse after excuse about the courier being busy. I received an email stating it seems my order has gone missing. My requests for a refund have been ignored, and I was asked to fill out a form for the courier, which I did, even though it's not my responsibility. I haven't heard anything in two days and still no refund. I've escalated this issue with my bank. I have not received the goods but have already paid. I will not be returning for future business.
