They switched on smart services on my meter. I didnt ask them to they admitted that I didnt ask for it but then tell me the change is irreversible. Firstly they tried to convince me that I asked them to do it and then after logging a complaint and asking for a copy of the call they admitted I didn't request it. Looking at their ratings its clear they dont care anyway. Steer clear of EI they are frauds
