When Project EV's charger app no longer worked, we were advised by them to 'upgrade' to the Electric Miles app to charge our electric car. This has not been problem free, as our charger has issues, but the Electric Miles team went above and beyond to get our charger working, for which I am very grateful. I am still waiting for an appointment, weeks later, for a Project EV technician to visit my home to see what the issue with our charger is..... Thank you, to the Electric Miles team, for always getting back to our emails with updates, and promptly too!
