I started off satisfied; the radiator arrived quickly and the support team was responsive via email. However, after a year, it failed. When I reached out for help regarding an error code, they asked for the serial number, which they claimed was on the bottom left of the unit. I flipped it over but couldn't find it. They accused me of removing it and denied the warranty. This left me feeling abandoned and very upset. I had previously praised them, but now I will warn others to avoid this company. It’s unacceptable! I lost €620.99 with no resolution. I eventually fixed it myself using a simple online resource, but it would have been easy for them to tell me that a cheap cable was the solution.
