After a false start of having discontinued items listed as available (Haverland) I was able to quickly find good replacements which were very similar and at an excellent price. Extremely good UK customer service, promptly answered a delivery question I had. Courier delivery was spot-on , on-time with a friendly helpful driver. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Thankyou !
Initially, I was satisfied with the service; the radiator arrived promptly, and they provided good support via email. However, after a year, it stopped working. When I contacted support about an error code, they asked for the serial number, claiming it was on the bottom left of the unit. I turned it over but couldn't find it. They accused me of removing the label and refused to honor the warranty. I am extremely frustrated, feeling abandoned without assistance. I previously recommended them, but now I will advise others to stay away. It's outrageous! I've lost €620.99 with no resolution. On a side note, I eventually managed to fix the issue myself, but it would have been helpful if they had simply informed me that a cheap cable was needed.
