I ordered an electric appliance that was delivered in November 2024. It was used occasionally until I went away for three months at the start of January 2025. Since October 2025, it has been used sporadically but recently developed an oil leak. I reached out to the support team today, but their service has been disappointing. They simply stated that it was out of warranty by a few weeks and offered no assistance. The product has been discontinued, so they won't accept it back for repair. It has been well cared for, but now I have to dispose of it along with the nearly £90 I spent.
