We switched to electric radiators thinking they would be more convenient, but that hasn’t been the case. The radiators are expensive and have connectivity issues. Reaching customer service is a frustrating experience, and their follow-up support is lacking. After multiple attempts to get assistance, I'm left feeling extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against using these products.
