No replacement parts

I bought a gas hob in 2019 supplied by ElectriQ. The central gas burner does not work properly, so I contacted them to buy a replacement burner. They say the gas hob was manufactured by Midea and they can’t provide the replacement part. I contacted Midea and they said they don’t support ElectriQ.Beware if you buy from ElectriQ and just hope you won’t need any replacement parts.
