Never buy Electrolux

Never buy ElectroluxThe worst product and customer experience ever. A fridge that stopped cooling at 2.5 years old, just outside warranty. Customer Service were so fast to have me pay for repairs upfront and get a service person over the next day. I was told that the repair would happen the next week however it has not happened for two weeks. I escalated the urgency not only due to not having a fridge for 2 weeks but also due to the sale of the house and the fridge being integrated into the kitchen. There was no escalation at all from Electrolux other than words. I am now sat here with a service man repairing the fridge whilst the new owners of the house are trying to move in. I will never buy an electrolux product from this experience aside from the fridge itself clearly being an inferior product in the first instance.
