Service, warranty and parts all one big fail. Please please don't buy Zanussi we used to buy for over 20 years never again. Any other brand under the Electrolux and "Pacifa" repair group it's one big scam. Before they try to remove this it's a repair service for a 15 month old dryer that died, unbelievable behaviour and service.
