I've been without hot water for three weeks, taking only cold showers during winter. A gas boiler that was promised to be delivered in 4 to 6 working days has not arrived, and I have no updates on its status. Contacting them is nearly impossible, and their customer service is inadequate. I've asked for a refund but received no response.
