Three weeks without hot water in winter

I've been without hot water for three weeks, relying on cold showers in winter. A gas boiler that was promised for delivery in 4 to 6 working days has not arrived, and I have no updates on its status. It's almost impossible to reach them, and their customer service is lacking. I requested a refund but have received no response. I urgently need this refund to buy a new boiler elsewhere, but my requests continue to be ignored.

Untrustworthy and poor service

They claimed to have the dry washer in stock but then said there were logistical issues with the supplier, suggesting I might have to wait another month. I canceled the order and am still waiting for a refund. When I inquire, they say their finance department needs more time to process it. Now, I'm nearing two weeks of waiting for my money back. Poor service and I won’t buy from them again.

Misled about TV availability

Fantastic experience

I had a fantastic experience. The TV was very affordable and works perfectly, just as I expected. Additionally, I made an error with my postcode, and customer support promptly assisted me in contacting the delivery service. If needed, I will definitely use their website again and highly recommend them.

Best price and great service

I ordered a fridge freezer and found the company offered the best price. The delivery time was quoted as 2-5 days. I ordered online just two days before arriving in Spain, and the fridge freezer was delivered two days after my arrival, totaling four days from ordering. In summary: excellent price, easy online ordering, and delivery within the promised timeframe.
