Three weeks without hot water in winter

I've been without hot water for three weeks, relying on cold showers in winter. A gas boiler that was promised for delivery in 4 to 6 working days has not arrived, and I have no updates on its status. It's almost impossible to reach them, and their customer service is lacking. I requested a refund but have received no response. I urgently need this refund to buy a new boiler elsewhere, but my requests continue to be ignored.
