Misleading delivery times on website. I believe this is their business model to make profit on cancelled items. They hide a £30 cancellation in the T&C’s which covers them if they break their delivery promise of 3 working days. This is probably intentional and they still get profit either way. Delivery company they use is useless as well, never heard of them and probably in it together
