I was trying to purchase a fridge that they had listed for $899, but when I checked out, the price almost doubled. When I contacted customer service to cancel, they (Raechelle) said there was an error in the listing, and it was a blender that was $899(?!) They assured me the order would be canceled, but I was charged regardless. When I contacted the customer again, I was told they (Victoria) wouldn't contact me to assure me it would be done, that I would have to continue to contact them. Terrible customer service.
