Review Time
I bought an audio receiver on a discount from an online platform. Upon arrival, I set it up only to encounter connection problems with my TV. When I attempted to return the defective item, I was informed that I needed to reach out to the seller. I contacted the customer support team and received no assistance for my issue. They only offered a refund for my purchase, but I would have to buy it again at full price. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience reflects poorly on the store's practices. It's baffling how a store can sell items on a marketplace without providing proper exchange options.
The delivery men were outstanding in every way! They were efficient, prompt, attentive to detail and courteous. I can't say enough good things about these great delivery people. Also, our experience with our salesperson Esric was excellent! He was just the kind of a salesperson you dream of when having to purchase items that can be challenging in many ways. Esric went over and above the call of duty to help and assist us. Thank you to this great company and their fabulous staff. I highly recommend Electronic Express and a staff that you can't beat. Im told i have to pay full price for return even though I haven't opened the item and returning in 30 days. This is horrible as these days most merchants allow for free return shipping. This is horrible for the consumer and will remember not to purchase through your company in future.
