Purchased the wrong copy initially, my mistake. Bought the correct copy which was more expensive and the second I finished paying it gave me "Access Forbidden" and wouldn't let me do anything. Couldn't log into my account, couldn't get the codes, nothing, just thanks for the money and locked me out. No response from customer service and their "24/7 Chat" doesn't work. 100% scam site. Their website also says they're a 5stars 'Excellent" on their website...Should have clicked and looked at reviews first.

I needed to get windows 10 to windows Pro. I check for safe sites to use and after an hour of homework, this is where I landed. I checked out and with in 5 minutes it was processed and I had my key in my inbox. I loaded the key into my computer and after one reboot (which is normal) I had Pro on my computer working just fine. I will be back for more in the future.

The worse service ever. I m a verified person here yet after a purchase they tell me to verify again. Hence NID was uploaded. It got rejected. Then its passport I uploaded again it kept getting rejected again and again. Yet they said in 48hrs order will be delivered. At some point they send a mail stating I need to cancel the order. I mean for f*cks sake if you dnt have a product stop selling. Later they finally accepted the verification and at the same time cancels my order and said it will be refunded. I mean WTF! now I gotta wait god knows how many days for it to return or would it even? At this point idk. Additionally the 24/7 help service doesnt knw anything. All they will say is its going to take more of your time. And in the end you will be disappointed 😠

Frustrating experience with account purchase

I purchased an account to play a specific game, but the provided credentials were non-functional. I repeatedly communicated with the support team, but they only offered vague apologies and claims about expired information. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I requested a refund, but they continued to dodge the request. Eventually, after several inquiries, they changed my login details without consent. This feels like a scam; it's disappointing that they can't process a simple refund of $14. I advise against buying from this seller. It's frustrating enough that I decided to let them keep the money. Karma will catch up with them.

The key does not operate on Windows 11 Home in a brand new build that is already in use. When seeking assistance from the support team, I was essentially told to resolve the issue on my own with a few links for guidance. Extremely disappointing experience; I will not purchase from this platform again.

I purchased a key that was already in use. I chatted with a representative who claimed to have submitted a support ticket regarding either a new key or a refund, but it never appeared in my account. I found a lot of negative feedback on the platform after my purchase, which I wish I had seen earlier. I strongly advise against buying from them.

It's unbelievable to request a review before fixing my issue.

It's hard to believe that I'm being asked for a review when my problem remains unresolved. I STILL DON’T HAVE A VALID ACTIVE LICENSE KEY!!! Update 1/7/2026 - you won't believe this, but they sent me another key that says it's already in use. The email I got from them asked me to update my review - so here I am!!!
