The worse service ever. I m a verified person here yet after a purchase they tell me to verify again. Hence NID was uploaded. It got rejected. Then its passport I uploaded again it kept getting rejected again and again. Yet they said in 48hrs order will be delivered. At some point they send a mail stating I need to cancel the order. I mean for f*cks sake if you dnt have a product stop selling. Later they finally accepted the verification and at the same time cancels my order and said it will be refunded. I mean WTF! now I gotta wait god knows how many days for it to return or would it even? At this point idk. Additionally the 24/7 help service doesnt knw anything. All they will say is its going to take more of your time. And in the end you will be disappointed 😠
