I have had major problems with customer service (Nuj Employ# 1077586) and have been constantly been hung up on waiting to speak to someone. I have over 3 hours of my time concerning a radio purchased and given as a gift with an important part missing. I am ready to post my nightmare with Sony on all forms of social media and all consumer groups. Sony refused to replace the missing part stating it was past warranty.I WILL NEVER BUY SONY PRODUCTS AGAIN
