I want to share my recent experience with the online platform. I placed an order on 22/09/2025, and it arrived on 11/10/2025. I attempted to reach out via email several times but didn't get a response. However, when I used the website's contact form, I received a reply within two days, and my order was shipped. After receiving the package, I found that one item was missing. I reported this through the contact form, and they informed me that the missing item would be sent, but it was never shipped. A few days later, I made another order on 03/11/2025, which was delivered on 08/12/2025. Unfortunately, this order also had a missing item, and both missing items were of high value. I reached out again through the website and requested either the missing items or a refund. After a couple of emails through the contact form, they eventually issued a refund. In summary, this has been my experience with the platform. One noteworthy aspect is that their prices are generally lower than those of other sites, so if you decide to order, it might be wiser to make smaller, lower-value purchases.
