I strongly advise against purchasing anything from ElectroPi.in. I placed an order for electronics components, and after taking my payment, the company has gone completely silent.
The issues I encountered:
No Delivery: It has been 6 days, and the items have not been shipped.
Zero Communication: I have tried reaching out via their provided email and contact numbers multiple times, but there is no response.
Ads are Misleading: They are using Google Ads to appear legitimate, but they do not fulfill orders.
This site appears to be a scam designed to take money from the maker and electronics community. Save your money and stick to reputable sellers like Robu.in, Quartz Components, or Amazon. I am currently filing a dispute with the Cashfree payment Gateway used at the time of payment and reporting this to the National Consumer Helpline.

Very bad experience with electropi.in. After payment, there was no product dispatch and no response to calls or emails. This looks like a scam website cheating customers. Please be careful before making any purchase.
I want to share my recent experience with the online platform. I placed an order on 22/09/2025, and it arrived on 11/10/2025. I attempted to reach out via email several times but didn't get a response. However, when I used the website's contact form, I received a reply within two days, and my order was shipped. After receiving the package, I found that one item was missing. I reported this through the contact form, and they informed me that the missing item would be sent, but it was never shipped. A few days later, I made another order on 03/11/2025, which was delivered on 08/12/2025. Unfortunately, this order also had a missing item, and both missing items were of high value. I reached out again through the website and requested either the missing items or a refund. After a couple of emails through the contact form, they eventually issued a refund. In summary, this has been my experience with the platform. One noteworthy aspect is that their prices are generally lower than those of other sites, so if you decide to order, it might be wiser to make smaller, lower-value purchases.
I believe this is a scam. I placed an order on 28/11/2025 and after 10-12 days, I still haven't received it. The site continues to show "Deliver as soon as possible" with no tracking number or details provided, and there is no option for a refund.
