The email we use for EV charging with Electroverse has been unobtainable due to a data breach at my Pension provider but somehow we managed to login today. I immediately asked Octopus Electroverse if they could update my new email ASAP (before we lost access again). Fatma was great, she sent an email for me to reply to (thus confirming my identity) and within less than half a day, the email address on our account had been changed.
If only the other companies we have (now maybe had!) were as good Thank you so much..
