So far, the app is almost great. You get everything you need: map, route, charging points, fees, status of charging points, payment methods, etc. However, navigating through the tabs is not as fluid as I would like. The website on PC, though, is very clunky. It took me some time to register my credit card. It's much better to use the app. The support is quick and helpful. Amber was able to sort out my Octopus account very quickly. I highly recommend it.
