I share the same experience. I researched top masks, chose one, and was very disappointed. It was a gift for my daughter, and these scammers should feel ashamed. I reached out multiple times to the support team but received no response. A valuable lesson learned: DO NOT BUY. I wish I had seen other reviews before getting scammed. 💔🥲
