Sadly I fell into the sale trap too like alot of other people. Cancelled order within hour of purchase after looking at trustpilot afterwards rather than before,stupidly. Never again in dispute with my visa company but doesn't look like ill get refund as item arrived but im declined to return due to alot of confusing and costly hoops which isn't guaranteed a refund. HAVENT even took item out of packaging as return policy won't permit this yet £35 postage plus ?? Customs plus certain % deductions in total refund seriously annoyed with myself and them for their bogus selling and fake uk company based item Do not do what ive done . Stay well clear

This site is a scam. No product was sent, and money was taken. I’ve asked my bank for help, but it seems unlikely I’ll get it back. Don't be misled by any claims from beauty experts – they are all false. I regret not checking reviews beforehand and ended up scammed! There’s nothing UK about this; it’s all from China.
I share the same experience. I researched top masks, chose one, and was very disappointed. It was a gift for my daughter, and these scammers should feel ashamed. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. Nothing works. Shipped from China. To return, I must pay shipping and they keep a percentage for handling. They even offered me a partial refund to keep a non-functional product. Unbelievable! I'm reporting this to the relevant authorities. Avoid this at all costs. You can't leave a review on their site; it doesn't allow it. Fake, fake, fake.
