Sadly I fell into the sale trap too like alot of other people. Cancelled order within hour of purchase after looking at trustpilot afterwards rather than before,stupidly. Never again in dispute with my visa company but doesn't look like ill get refund as item arrived but im declined to return due to alot of confusing and costly hoops which isn't guaranteed a refund. HAVENT even took item out of packaging as return policy won't permit this yet £35 postage plus ?? Customs plus certain % deductions in total refund seriously annoyed with myself and them for their bogus selling and fake uk company based item Do not do what ive done . Stay well clear
