I ordered a mirrored bathroom cabinet that unfortunately was too large for the space. I reached out to them following the return instructions on their website. They responded via email explaining the process and recommended several couriers for the return. I chose Evri as it was the quickest option with insurance. However, Evri rejected the parcel due to it containing glass, leading to damage and a shattered mirror upon its return. I sought support from the company, but they were unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. After multiple attempts to resolve the situation with Evri, I found out they don’t offer compensation for prohibited items. I called the company again, and the representative was dismissive, blaming me for using their recommended courier and hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager but was told they were busy and uninterested in my concerns. The entire experience was rude and condescending. I strongly advise against this company; I deal with many suppliers and have never faced such poor service.
