I called the support team again, but the representative was dismissive and hung up when I tried to explain the situation. When I called back to ask for a manager, I was told they were too busy and that it was my choice to use that courier. The interaction was rude and condescending. I strongly recommend avoiding this company; I have dealt with many suppliers online and have never encountered such poor service.

I strongly advise against this company; I deal with many suppliers and have never faced such poor service.
The support team was very helpful when we encountered a problem with our delivery date, guiding us on what to do. When the delivery arrived, it was missing the toilet, which seemed to have been broken at the depot. A replacement was ordered and dispatched as soon as they received it. The unit was installed today, and I am pleased with the result. I initially wanted the light grey matte but settled for the glossy white, which turned out to be the right choice.
