Frustrating return experience

I ordered a mirrored bathroom cabinet that turned out to be too large. Following the return instructions, I contacted them for help. They outlined the return process and suggested a specific courier. I chose to use their recommended service, but the courier rejected the parcel due to it containing glass. The parcel returned to me damaged, with a broken mirror. When I sought help from the support team, they were unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. After several attempts with the courier, I learned they don’t offer compensation for prohibited items. I called the support team again, but the representative was dismissive and hung up when I tried to explain the situation. When I called back to ask for a manager, I was told they were too busy and that it was my choice to use that courier. The interaction was rude and condescending. I strongly recommend avoiding this company; I have dealt with many suppliers online and have never encountered such poor service.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID!

I ordered a mirrored bathroom cabinet that unfortunately was too large for the space. I reached out to them following the return instructions on their website. They responded via email explaining the process and recommended several couriers for the return. I chose Evri as it was the quickest option with insurance. However, Evri rejected the parcel due to it containing glass, leading to damage and a shattered mirror upon its return. I sought support from the company, but they were unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. After multiple attempts to resolve the situation with Evri, I found out they don’t offer compensation for prohibited items. I called the company again, and the representative was dismissive, blaming me for using their recommended courier and hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager but was told they were busy and uninterested in my concerns. The entire experience was rude and condescending. I strongly advise against this company; I deal with many suppliers and have never faced such poor service.

Very supportive during delivery issues

The support team was very helpful when we encountered a problem with our delivery date, guiding us on what to do. When the delivery arrived, it was missing the toilet, which seemed to have been broken at the depot. A replacement was ordered and dispatched as soon as they received it. The unit was installed today, and I am pleased with the result. I initially wanted the light grey matte but settled for the glossy white, which turned out to be the right choice.
