After several attempts with the courier, I learned they don’t offer compensation for prohibited items. I called the support team again, but the representative was dismissive and hung up when I tried to explain the situation. When I called back to ask for a manager, I was told they were too busy and that it was my choice to use that courier. The interaction was rude and condescending. I strongly recommend avoiding this company; I have dealt with many suppliers online and have never encountered such poor service.
