I purchased an oven from the service, and the delivery was quick with friendly guys. It developed a manufacturing fault, and I was directed to the manufacturer for repairs. The issue lingered for 6 weeks while I had to follow up. Eventually, the manufacturer agreed to a replacement. The service team contacted me at 9:40 AM, and by 10:40 AM, I had a replacement scheduled for delivery the next day. We exchanged 6 emails with real, understanding people who take pride in their service. The representative was exceptional and saw this through from start to finish. I cannot fault the aftercare, and my initial experience was good too. All of this happened less than a week before Christmas. HIGHLY Recommend.
