Shocking quality control. I tecejved a beige hoody which had large black permanent marker writing on it, numbers and symbols on the outside of the hood. Looks terrible. The T-shirts stretch and get misshapen very easily too. Oh, and their address system struggles with copying my address from PayPal so badly they left my house number off.. making it very difficult for the courier to find me. Pot luck. Then there’s the NON EXISTENT customer service. I’m STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY MONTHS LATER. They just keep sending the exact same email reply not to send them duplicate emails… BIZARRE. JUST SHOW SOME BLOODY EFFORT. Great image, but horrendous company with shoddy quality control and zero customer support whatsoever. They just hope you go away and forget how badly they RIPPED YOU OFF. Feels like it’s run by stoner teens. AVOID. I wanted to love a “British” clothing company but they’re trash. Utter disappointment from payment to receipt of goods. (If you’re lucky). Customer support say there’s nothing they can do once order is placed, the addressing is automated. BADLY.
