Very slow. Lack of tracking and slow customer service. Agent was very nice and polite when they got in touch but took a long time. Impossible to get through on the phone. Could be so much better. I did like my products in the end.

I used to buy Element for my boys when they were growing up and the clothes were lovely, simple designs and great quality. Now my boys are grown up I still buy Element for the same reasons and they love the brand.

Piss poor customer service

Order was incomplete and the item that was received had a slight quality issue.Despite filling in 2 web forms (which was the only method of contact that I could find) I have received no contact from the customer "service" team apart from automated emails.1st - and last - time customer
